Throughout this site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" explicitly refer to the platform operator and legal entity owner, Abdulloh Abdusamadov. By purchasing our digital workbooks or engaging with our digital distribution materials, you unconditionally accept and agree to execute compliance with the terms defined herein.
1. Digital Goods Delivery & Usage
All digital resources, text assets, source codes, architectural scripts, and code compilation sequences purchased are granted under a single-user, non-transferable runtime educational operations license. You may not distribute, re-license, clone, modify for wholesale public resale, or embed our source solutions in competitor commercial materials.
2. Secure Financial Transactions
Merchant of Record & Payment Notice: Our order processing, transaction verification, and secure checkout handling are managed completely by our Merchant of Record partner, Paddle. Paddle handles all global payment execution, merchant security compliance, billing regulations, and location-based sales taxes on our behalf. Linear Code Mastery does not directly harvest, cache, or maintain payment cards or private transactional credentials on our servers.
3. Liability Limits
Code architecture scripts and linear exercises are provided strictly "as-is" for educational validation purposes. We declare zero system liability for local code execution failures, architectural logic faults, memory-handling errors, or real-world development bugs developed based on textbook references.
